I used it right after receiving it. Tap small dents into tiny pieces of brass. Then I had to use my hole punch. I tapped on about a dozen little paper circles and,,,,,,,, Now this so-called hardened steel has little round marks all over it :) Apparently just another Chinese one-off made with little to no quality control. Now I don't know where it was made but that's my guess, I regret spending money on it
