Worked fine for me.

Installation was pretty painless and really improved my reception. Convinced it would reinforce the area I wanted, I ordered and received a "kit" right away. There aren't many instructions, but I don't think much was needed. My reception has increased from 117dB to 76dB in most places where I previously had reception problems. The only problem was the antenna mount. The picture shows some sort of tube at the base of the antenna, but nothing of this "kit". Not a big deal, but you'll need some sort of pipe to mount the antenna.
