Great lumbar support!

My back and hips don't hurt as much anymore. I also started exercising when I got the pillow. So it could be a combination of everything but I definitely recommend this pillow, I've been a side sleeper my whole life and have actually slept on my back with this pillow. The best part is that it stays in place like the little handles on the bottom of the pillow. Removable, washable cover, try it, you won't be disappointed.
