This bag packs a punch. Plan to use it on the Appalachian Trail. The lower separate storage compartment for my sleeping system and the front long zip compartment are great for my tent. The main compartment is separated by a large zip, so you can expand the storage space as you wish. It has a separate pocket and holes if you want to add a camel pocket. It's very easy. The color is beautiful, the material is tear-resistant. It has a detachable rain cover that you can leave attached to use and then stow in a hidden pocket at the bottom. The straps are adjustable. The frame can be removed and adjusted. I'm a plus size lady so I was worried she would fit enough to be comfortable. And it happened. If you are morbidly obese, the lower strap may not be suitable. I have a 40" hip and it fits me.
