Great for those horrible breakouts, even eczema
I use this when my son's diaper rash is really getting out of control. I also used it when he had some sort of reaction to the shirt he was wearing. He had a rash around his collar and it was spreading. I gave him a warm bath in this stuff hoping it would help and it did. My son's skin doesn't dry out either as he has problems with dry skin and eczema.
