Review on NiTO by Bobby Posner
Simple, Straightforward, Effective and Cheap
Everything is so simple! With this software I can see everything related directly from my dashboard (or even better).
There's nothing really bad about it but maybe an improvement would be adding more customization options or some extra features for example like alerts depending if there are any problems in our environment. The only thing we dislike sometimes while using NITO was because of its pricing plan which wasn't cheap at first time when you had no idea how much will actually affect us. We have always known very well what exactly happens every day within our network until now as soon as one problem appears then they notify me immediately through Slack notification system where i can also choose whatever action do against him/her.
Pros
- It makes me easily be able to check all information about my network without having to call my IT company every time i had to check something, also it's very easy to use and has a great user interface
Cons
- It's difficult when there are problems to see what's wrong, sometimes i have had problems with this software
