The cat flap is great. Beautiful device with a beautiful design. The one I bought was "used like new" because I don't care if the box is damaged as long as the product is OK AND ALL THE PARTS ARE. The one that was sent was supposed to be a sealant to seal the cat door and window joint. That didn't happen. I don't know when it was out of the box but I figured customer service would supply the missing part with no problem. After all, you don't have to return the damaged box of Revain otherwise. Not right. But they advised me to buy it and ship it for extra $13. no If details are missing and listed, that's one thing, but if you want it to be all-inclusive, throwing garbage out of product support is ridiculous. Good thing this is a one-time purchase. I don't think I will buy anything else from Ideal.
