I'm really rid of pain and tingling! I was nervous about these as they are way cheaper than all the others but they really do the job. I have carpal tunnel and recently woke up with severe pain from my arms to my shoulder. I couldn't even hold a cup of coffee without using both hands. It seemed to me like a pinched nerve in the triceps area. This lasted for several hours but eventually passed. But every morning it was the same. Before I went to the doctor I decided to use bracelets and when I found them I decided to try them. I'm so glad I did! After the first night in them I woke up and could really use my hands. I didn't have to sit and massage my hands all morning and I was actually able to clench my fists. After a month of use I had no more symptoms. So I didn't think I would have to wear them every night. Well I didn't wear them last night and when I woke up my hands and wrists were tingling again. Though it wasn't as bad as it sometimes turned out to be. But I realized I'll probably have to wear them every night. The only real issue I had was there was velcro on one side of my palm and upper arm which was really annoying. So I just bought another pair and replaced the ones with velcro with another pair that didn't have them and then sent the second pair back to let them know the problem. But, as they say, probably saved himself. from an operation and was able to get my hands fully functional again. The Best $10 I've Ever Spent!
