They work well but you need to know one thing
They generally work well but sometimes the colors are inconsistent and sometimes the holes in the back are larger than they should be meaning they don't fit many earrings. . I didn't realize it was a problem until one of the straps fell off and my earring fell off as well. Luckily I found both. I gave it 4 stars because all the kits I ordered weren't like that and worked fine. Just make sure you don't lose the earring or back. Very convenient.
