Well my wife really liked the look of this and I agreed and thought it would look great in our newly decorated kids bathroom. We were looking for a towel rail and found it very good. I've read reviews of people saying the hooks are too small or break. I thought I'd try anyway. Well, it turns out they were right. It is almost impossible to hold a bath towel on these hooks. You can, but you have to tip them forward slightly without breaking them. It was the only way they could hold the towel. Of course, when flexed, they all broke forward a little. It's not really a big deal because when we saw it in person we already decided that we would change the hooks since they are very small. We went to Lowe's and spent about $14 on new hooks and had them installed. Installing the new hooks resulted in me ruining the wall hooks on the back because I used oversized screws for our new hooks. So I had to move the wall hooks at the back and do a bit of carving. It's okay, but this thing isn't made of wood. I've added a picture and it shows the rack with the new hooks we added.
