This is a great little tracker. But before you buy it, be sure to download the Wearhealth app from the App Store. Before purchasing the tracker, I downloaded the app to make sure it was compatible with my phone. Once you receive the tracker, you can sync it to the app/phone via Bluetooth. The time and date will be updated automatically and you will receive all your saved health information. You can set it to notify you when you get a call or text message (you can't reply via the tracker for which it's only used as a notification), it will also track how many steps you've taken each day and has many different views of sports. for your fitness to choose from, it also tells you how many calories you've burned based on your step count or exercise, it also reads your blood pressure pretty accurately and also tracks your sleep patterns, it has detailed analysis of your deep sleep patterns in the app, man can do a lot with this little thing, you just have to learn the app and try something new. It is very easy to charge, comes with a charger and charges very quickly. The battery lasts a few days too. Overall I would recommend this product and its design is elegant and beautiful. My husband wants one too, so I'm going to buy him another one. Edited to add: Just out of caution, thought I'd update my review. When my family and I went to our local county fair recently, I lost my tracker when I got rid of one of the rides, the latch came loose which I didn't expect. So keep in mind that if you do things that might shift your back, she will just skip it. I tried to find it but there were a lot of people and someone must have taken it. It's definitely a shame I lost it but I would still buy it again, it's a good tracker and if I got another one I would just take it off during activities where it could accidentally come off. Hopefully the company can do something and update it so it doesn't come off so easily because it sucks. I haven't had it in so long and I lost it in a few weeks.
