The product is disappointing but the company is good
I sent it back straight out of the box. It's very weak, so it needs a lot of structural support. Cables should be soldered to this, but this would be very difficult due to the plastic sheathing around the entire circumference. The company is easy to do business with, but unless you plan on doing serious structural and electrical work on it, do yourself a favor and buy something else. !
