I've waited a month to write this review. Pros: Overall, the case has performed fairly well as a laptop since I brought it in. Three things: 1) Easy to put on and take off and will not leave a dent on your laptop if done carefully and correctly. 2) it didn't crack after taking it off and putting it back on my laptop a few times. CONS: 1) The product is advertised using words like "soft touch" and "soft touch rubber coating". As an attentive reader and buyer, I completely believed this and bought the product BECAUSE of it. Disappointment washed over me when I opened the package and found two clear, hard, shiny, cold plastic sleeves. However, that doesn't mean the case doesn't perform well - over time, it started to annoy me. But if you're looking for one of those soft, rubbery textures on the outside, this is NOT what you're looking for. 2) The included silicone keyboard protector does not fit perfectly. I'm not picky about the fit, but there is an area in the bottom right corner of the keyboard where the silicone protrudes at least 0.5 inches, which is out of bounds3) The silicone keyboard is also difficult to type on. quickly by friction. Friction is to be expected, but I used a keyboard protector that made it pretty easy to slide my fingers across the keys. 4) For some reason I could not return the product without paying the shipping cost. That's why I'm sticking with it - hope it lasts.
