The thread is beautifully wrapped around a shelf of plants and turns on at dusk.
These are the coolest little LEDs. I figured nine feet would be enough, but next time I'd prefer a longer string. We have it on the landing where our houseplants grow. The cord wraps nicely around the plant shelf and turns on at dusk (just because that's the first time I turned it on - it's NOT dusk 'til dawn!). A nice accent and helps to walk up the stairs at night without turning on the main light.
