Review on 🐾 Armarkat C01HKF/MH Cozy Pet Bed - 20" Diameter, Mocha Beige by Sarjus Baer

I first bought this bed - Armarkat Pet Bed, C02NZS/MB, Brown & Ivory - in 2011 for my dogs. My last purchase was in February 2020. Shown shopping. In February, the price dropped about $10 a piece, so I wanted to take advantage of that. When I received the beds (2), I immediately created both for my dog. I have never washed them before using them. During the day I had to clean loose fluff from both of my dog's eyes from the bed. And I don't mean just a little fluff. It was important and I had to do it several times. That bothered me, so I washed the beds as usual. The clumps of lint/fur (whatever) came out in the washer and there are HUGE amounts of it in the dryer. I did a second run in the dryer and more came out of the beds. This is nothing like the previous beds (C02NZS) I've bought from Revain. I can easily (neatly) pluck the fibers on these new beds, as if the main weave wasn't strong enough to hold the materials inside. While the beds are still incredibly soft, I have to wonder how long these beds will last under normal conditions. I will attach photos for reference. I made a refund request to the seller and was denied because I washed the beds. I can't return them now. Update: VirVentures contacted the manufacturer about a potentially defective product for me, so I was very happy with it. I sent them the photos I submitted for this review. However, the manufacturer denies the defect and will not refund the money as the item was "used" - I will not buy this item again. I'm not going to risk my dog's eyes with all those loose fibers, even after more than one wash. I would use the same seller again as he escalated the issue and was timely in all correspondence.
