Costs money! The best earplugs I could find on the market, and cheap too!
I've been making jewelry for about 6 months and have tried many different bails. To be honest I've given up trying to find quality hook earrings but when I stumbled across these I decided to give them a try. None of them came broken or disassembled which is a miracle to me! Every other company had really lousy earplugs to complement the good ones, but these were AMAZING! I will definitely buy them again because they are such good quality and they don't fade!
