I had another 5 star book light that I lost so I ordered this one and just LOVE it! It had 3 lighting settings, but each of these settings lets you adjust the brightness! You just long press and when you press it gets lighter, or when you long press again it gets darker. I have trouble falling asleep, so I always read for hours before passing out. My husband falls asleep right away, but he sleeps so sensitively that even the light of a book can wake him up very easily. Being able to adjust the brightness in each setting eliminated any issues that caused my husband to be bothered! I also LOVE how flexible/flexible it is! This makes it easy to store and arrange it however you like! The location of the power button is very convenient but problematic as it's very easy to accidentally turn it on, off, or set it, which can be very annoying. It's not that big of a deal as I'm just more comfortable altering my muscle memory to account for how that light will be used.
