A very decent quality product for the price. I haven't really read the directions carefully, but in some reviews I see people saying you need to hand wash and hang dry before even using them. Many people say that the dye is visible in the water after washing. I did this to them (I ordered all black and tan/black) and there was no color left in the water at all. Some fabrics seem to be loose in places and snagging on my watch or backpack straps. I caught it quickly, but I saw that if I pulled too hard it could loosen it too much and essentially ruin part of the fabric. Plus, they feel durable and do a great job of keeping the wind and sand (I live near the ocean and sand is everywhere) off my face. I also have pale skin so keeping my neck covered helps me. It helps that there are ways to wear it in style. Plus there are many more things that can come in handy if you ever get stuck in a survival situation!
