I like that we can use this software to easily create new flows or edit existing ones without having any coding knowledge at all! The interface could be improved by adding some customization options (colors etc.).
We are solving our customer support problems using floksuzo; It has been very helpful so far since there isn't much paperwork involved anymore when creating tickets which saves us time/money overall plus also makes things easier from my side too - no need of sending emails back n forth while trying figure out why something went wrong now instead i just have access right away via chat feature if needed :).
