Worked well out of the box. Like the flexible neck

So far this mic does exactly what I need. Improvement of voice quality in meetings. I like the flexible neck, my monitors are mounted on arms so there is room under them to tuck the base and rotate the mic out from under the monitor. Some have mentioned reliability issues, but so far (3 weeks) it's working fine. And for only $13, I'm fine as long as it doesn't last forever!
