Bought as a gift for my mom to help her make homemade tortillas. We followed the recipe for the tortilla and set one to cook and the tortilla exploded. Burned my mother's forearms. We thought we might have too high a fire (medium as suggested) which might put too much pressure on the tortilla during the cooking process, so we cooked another one over low heat. He exploded again. Great concept, poorly implemented.
