I can't help but praise these pillows. The quality of stitching, pleated hem, down percentage and soft selection of feathers are everything you would expect from a pillow three times the price. I can't believe how affordable they were and I look forward to buying more of them. I've always had trouble falling asleep, in part because I'm a heavy sleeper and have spent so much money on "cooling" shredded memory foam pillows, cooling gel, down alternatives, etc., they were all hard, non-breathable, and hot. I finally realized that I should stop buying cheap pillows and buy a real feather pillow instead (and ended up saving a lot more money). But there are so many faux feather pillows out there - 30% feathers or less, 1-3% down, mostly synthetic fill that only absorbs heat - so it was difficult to choose the right one. I am so glad I chose this pair of Taslon Queen size real down pillows. This past week has been the most comfortable for my head in 10 years. Remember, down pillows aren't for everyone. They are made of light natural feathers. So if you need something solid with good neck or head support, this won't help. But if you want something soft and soothing to sink into, this is perfect!
