I have installed 6 of these pop up/floor drains in the last 2 years. (do it yourself). About 8 months after my last install I noticed that one of the 6 drains was sticking and not always "popping" the drain plug. So I wrote to Danze asking for a replacement cap and pop-up fitting. And they shipped it to me for free. Good service. No questions were asked. I will definitely visit them again. And I really like the pop-up feature. These levers, handles and valves are always stuck in normal drains or become loose and misaligned. These versatile stems go well together. I cut off an old handle shaft that was used to push or pull a typical drain plug and left the top fancy part in the faucet hole for optics.
