Overall this is a nicely made wallet that needs an update. The fabric is durable and feels like it will hold up and not get dirty (I bought the dark floral print). The zipper and other hardware are plastic but of good quality and the thin shoulder strap is adjustable. I would like the gusset on the wallet part to be a bit wider to allow that part to open up a bit more. While the wallet has a good number of thin pockets (one zipped), it could use a few extra card slots (and needs improvement as cards tend to slip out). But my plastic-protected Vax card fits in my side pocket, so it's a win. It's designed to hold your phone in an external pocket. My current phone doesn't fit, but there's no pull tab to keep the phone from slipping out, so I wouldn't use it for that. (My old phone, a Samsung S8, fits in without a case.) That's where I keep my bills. I use part of my wallet to hold my phone. It's protected by a flap and fits my large Samsung Ultra 21+ with a thick Otterbox Commuter case perfectly. I can put a pen and a thin lipstick in the pocket part so I don't miss the space.
