First it met all expectations and more. Works and looks exactly as advertised and my kids loved the night light. However, in less than 2 months of sitting alone on the bedside table, 3 out of 4 lightbulbs stopped working. I've tried contacting the manufacturer and retailer but to no avail. The email was not returned. No callback. Nada! It offers a 90-day guarantee that you can throw in the trash. Even Amazon's customer service couldn't contact the company to fulfill the warranty as they disabled the contact information! Wouldn't recommend buying this BC, it's not well built, the bksck dome on top is very flimsy and then not hard plastic as you might think. it reminded me of the black film we bought for the cameras. The lid didn't hold up very well either, so a couple of times when I pressed the power button, I knuckled my knuckle into the top dome, which screwed in slightly at the top. The poor quality and inability to contact the company that makes them is why I say don't do it. My kids are very disappointed because as I said, for the first 30 days or so it actually worked as advertised! Has anyone ever seen these new LED lights burn out? It was also a first for me. Save your money! By the way, I would like to point out that the Amazon customer service really impressed me during this experience. They contacted me several times, as soon as I made the first attempt to redeem the guarantee, they tried many ways to contact the company and when we both failed, they found a solution themselves and took care of me!
