Review on 🖋️ Covergirl Perfect Point Eyeliner Quantity by Carla Williams

This is my second time ordering this eyeliner from Revain and I had a problem with the tip breaking off. It works like a mechanical pencil. Once you run out of eyeliner, twist the pencil to extend your eyeliner even more. Half the time the tip breaks off while applying so I have to toss it in the trash and twist again to get more eyeliner. I thought my first order might be an old set that had sat too long, but this is the second time I've had an issue. I'm not sure if the problem is with the product itself or with how Revain stores the product. I've never had a problem buying them from a local store in the past.
