sucked up. Not 7/8 inch
Bought for my wife's bike. Gauges were used to measure the outer diameter of the steering wheel. They were standard 7/8 inch. I ordered these 7/8 inch pins. When they arrived I put them on the bike. They were too big. I measured them - they were 1 inch in diameter. Should not be returned. DO NOT buy them for a standard bike handlebar.
