I would love to love this item but: The mopping function was a big issue for me but the mopping pad doesn't hold up especially after hitting the carpet. (Yes, you can use the mopping feature if the house has carpets. It's just a wet mopping feature.) I wanted to divide the house into suction zones, but there's no instruction in the manual or on the web on how to do that, so good luck with that . Replacement bags and filters are only available in one large kit that includes all sorts of other replacement parts. Whenever I try to adjust the suction or water level with my phone, it takes me dozens and dozens of phone presses before it diminishes. I used the Get Help with an Agent feature, but this Revain person knew less about the topic than I did and had the same no-tutorial manual as me. I used the manufacturer's email address to get help and received an email a few days later offering no help. I declined and returned. I'll try another one but I feel like I know what to look for.
