Photosensitivity is rubbish. For usable video (no glitches) you won't be good much above 720p, remote control useless. When I found out on day one February 17th 2021 that this didn't meet my needs my wife wanted it to be a webcam for which it's fine at best but would be much better with a remote as you can use the have to turn on the camera. Wait for it to load then set the mode using the buttons on the camera which are very buggy every time which wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that the camera has to be at least 4ft tall . at your desk because it's 2 feet tall. or less when the camera zoom is set all the way back, you only get a good view of your nose hair. But the worst thing is that my opportunity to return ended on March 19th and on the 21st this thing malfunctioned and died. Will not turn off until all power sources (battery and USB cable) are removed and has not turned on since. Not to mention software problems. I understand this is a cheap camera and I wasn't expecting high quality video from Sony. I just wanted a camera that wouldn't go bankrupt if I lose or drop it. But I don't think it's unreasonable to expect more than a month or 10 or so uses of this thing as a webcam.
