The hat runs VERY large and is uncomfortable. I usually have this problem as I have a small head, but with this hat it's over the top. I have to choose between wearing it as is or hanging loosely from the back of my head, or I have to add another roll which makes it just as uncomfortable. However, this is not a complete deal breaker and I still use the hat as it is very warm. The scarf is also warm and does its job well, although I don't use it that often. My main problem is gloves. The touchscreen works well and they feel thick, but I would have preferred them to be warmer. In winter, when I went outside to clean the car (I was out for a maximum of 10 minutes), I came back in with my hands red from the cold. Even my dollar tree or my Walmart gloves never made it.
