Please read the negative reviews!I really wanted to love this hair. This style is absolutely adorable, and is absolutely perfect for the summer weather.This is my second time purchasing product from this brand. I had a similar experience with the first product but not this soon after installing. I did reach out to the company for a second time to voice my concerns regarding this product purchase. This product was not replaced.Upon receipt of this hair, the hair is super soft and the twist are super springy. After wear the twists have become very stiff and extremely tangled. I do wear protective head wear and night and when I'm at home. This hair has not been exposed to water or heat, other than the sun from being outside.These review pictures where taken less than a week after being installed. I did send the exact photos to the brand as well. I really like this style and was going to purchase again but decided I will not be purchasing this style again.I purchased the Passion Twist from this brand an experience tangling about two to three weeks of wearing.I purchased this hair on July 1, 2021Installed July 4/5 (late night early morning) 2021Pictures on July 9 2021Review July 14 2021 (10 days after installing)Hair is even more tangled and will be taken down in a few days, approximately 2 weeks of wear.If you are looking for something cute, quick, and for a short time (no more that a week of wear) than this product is perfect. If you are looking for something to wear for 2 or more weeks I definitely would NOT recommend this product.
