The way in which it can identify devices is very helpful as we are able to see what device people use while at our office so that they do not have any problems with their work when coming into an area where there's no access point (WIFI).

I don't like how sometimes you cannot connect unless someone else has been connected before, but this may be because my network could possibly need some improvement or something along those lines? Definitely worth using! It helps us keep things organized by seeing who uses certain computers for business purposes versus personal ones etc - also just being aware if anyone comes onto wifi without knowing about security measures would help them avoid getting hacked/compromised easily!!
