I hate false eyelashes and don't use them. My lashes used to be thick and dense, but as I've gotten older, that's no longer the case. I never liked mascara with fibers because the fibers got in my eyes. This stuff is really different! I have tried every mascara ever made and this set is without a doubt the best and most natural. It comes with luscious mascara in addition to gel and fiber tubes. The gold ink is very good; Comes with an hourglass shaped brush and has a good consistency. Doesn't irritate my very sensitive eyes. However, I prefer the look without mascara. I curl my lashes and then hold tubes of gel and fibers in my hand. I apply the gel like mascara, but mostly on the tips of my lashes (applied and applied like mascara). I do this on one eye (upper lash) and immediately apply the fiber. I apply it to the ends and it instantly lengthens and fills. I repeat this step on the bottom lash, then the other top and bottom lashes, one at a time. I wait for it to "set" and comb my lashes thoroughly with the included spiral brush. I find that one coat is enough for me and then I apply a coat of gel to all lashes to seal the fibers. I find no fibers in the eyes or face. The only problem I'm facing. if the gel gets on the eyelid or any other surface. I use a makeup remover pen to remove it as just a cotton swab doesn't really remove it - it's pretty much 'permanent'. However, at night, my makeup remover easily removes anything in the shower without leaving a mess or raccoon eyes. My eyes don't swell or get red from irritation at night, that's a miracle! I can't believe I didn't know about this! I know there are many different brands but I love that this is from a US company. I needed a replacement and they shipped it out right away. I also found their communication friendly and immediate. You don't have to wait for time zones. I also like that the fibers come from tea and not questionable materials. Things that come so close to me bother me. If anyone can get irritated eyes, it's me. And they are not!
