I have to say this was one of the best purchases I have ever made. This car is a real little workhorse. Easy to use, chews meat quickly. Easy to clean! That's what I do. I buy a pork tenderloin on sale, cut it into portions and freeze it. Costs me less than $2 a pound. But stores charge 4-6 dollars a pound of pork! So now I'm sharpening my own. I mainly use ground beef to make my own bratwurst for breakfast (not linked yet). You are wonderful! I also use ground beef for stuffed peppers and the like. In fact, why pay $2-4 more per pound for someone to grind meat? I also started doing the same for ground beef. Who knows what they do in ground beef? And since ground beef is frequently recalled for being a product that has so many contamination issues, I prefer to grind it myself. I buy cuts of beef on sale, grind them, seal them and freeze them in sizes that suit me and my husband. No waste. Tastes a lot better than bought. I do not know why. Looks better too!
