I like that you can create quotes for multiple clients at once, which is great because we have so many clients! It's also nice that you can set up recurring invoices, which makes managing our billing process much easier. The customer support team is very helpful and quick to respond! There are some bugs with the software that need to be addressed. For example, there are times when the system freezes or doesn't load correctly. We've been able to solve these issues by contacting the support team, but it would be helpful if they had an FAQ page where customers could go to ask questions without having to contact them. We're using Mosspaper to help us manage our invoicing and tracking our billable hours.
