This is the WORST item I have ever received. I was a student and then moved a few times so I couldn't open the box for 4 months. Today I opened this item and I am so disappointed! In the beginning the hand is like a cold shoulder! It's almost impossible to move! Then, when I looked at myself in the mirror, my face was completely distorted! The mirror is too curved or such that it only focuses at 4 inches. Very very disappointing! I can't go back, it's been a few months. But please, before you install it, see if it works at all! Really just save your time and don't buy this terrible product! What a waste of our environment. I just throw it in the trash! Doesn't even deserve an appeal to goodwill!
