Review on 🔌 Tiergrade USB C Hub: 12 in 1 Triple Display Docking Station for MacBook & Windows by Isaac Simpson

Received it today and was very happy to use it with my new Surface laptop. The two HDMI ports work great. But the USB ports don't work at all. I even plugged the device into a USB-C power adapter and it still doesn't work. So my USB mouse and keyboard are not working. I emailed the company and after a couple of hours I didn't get a response. I really hoped so. I will update this review if the company gets back to me and finds a way to make this work. the problems i have. There doesn't seem to be any support. Buy at your own risk! UPDATE 2 (6/22/2020): I FINALLY fixed (fixed?) the issue on Microsoft's website and discovered that the issue was NOT with the Tiergrade device, it was with the UCB C extension cable that I bought. After doing that Device connected directly to the surface, everything worked great! I still get 1 star deduction for such a short** cable and 1 star for absolutely zero technical support. I had to look for this answer myself.
