I like that this is an all in one solution for our meetings, events & conferences! We can use their software to plan each aspect of every meeting or conference we host with them at no additional cost -- which makes sense because why pay someone else if they're already providing us valuable services? And since everything's included as part 1 (planning), there are NO surprises later downthe road about unexpected fees/charges from other vendors who aren't working together seamlessly wth your existing partner(s).
It would be nice not have some aspects require extra workarounds - but again these things take time so just roll up yer sleeves :D Everything was easy enough once setup properly by my manager / staff member assigned specifically only those tasks needed within her area responsibilities :).
