I bought a large posture corrector and it is too tight around my waist. I contacted @Copper Compression customer service to get an XL to try and then returned the ones I didn't need. Alice the account manager contacted me shortly after I submitted my request and said there was no need to return the large and that they would send me the XL at no extra charge and should arrive in 4-7 days. That's great customer service! I also bought fingerless gloves (I have arthritis/fingers) and after only sleeping in them for a few weeks I have very little pain in the mornings and am able to use my hands. I strongly recommend doing business with this company. This is how customer service should be! Brilliant! Tom K
