Very easy upgrade and replacement, at least in our 2004 Chevy Silverado, 2500HD. And much brighter than the old incandescent bulbs. I LOVE that so many LED conversions are so much brighter than the old incandescent ones. As part of my headlight bezel change, I wanted to try LED headlights and decided to replace the daytime running lights with LEDs as well. Mounting on our truck is easy again, your car can do a lot more work! Pull the pin, remove the headlights and access turn signals and daytime running lights from the accessible rear. Pull out the old bulb and insert the new LED bulb, and then insert the new bulb into the housing, twist and when it clicks you're done. I have not decided to upgrade the turn signals yet as I have read and seen that a new turn signal assembly is required to work with LED lights. Nice upgrade, just hope they last a lot longer. than incandescent bulbs ever were. I'll update when I know for sure!
