It seems to work but it took some work and I'm not entirely satisfied. The first problem was that there is a washing machine, the location of which is not specified in the instructions. Is it outside the toilet or inside? I threw it in, but who knows. My second problem was that it has a square "stud" that was supposed to fit a square "hole" in the toilet, but it didn't fit. "Key" was too big. I tried to pinch it but it wouldn't go in. I just hand dressed the nut the best I could and hoped for the best. So when I wash it off, it doesn't feel very safe. My third problem was that when flushing, the rod scratched the toilet. I had to bend down. Pretty simple solution but not mentioned in the instructions. In general, it seemed to me that I was trying to get the wrong thing to work. But I did it. Hardly.
