I believe this product was a bad fake as shown on TV. Theoretically you will rotate the sushi and it will look great. Not in performance. The movement is uncomfortable and does not produce the results advertised by advertisers. Do yourself a favor and sit outside at a sushi bar and watch the professionals. So you will know more
