So I went with the HDMI option to connect as the manual showed it to be the most reliable and preferred option in terms of quality. It has worked great for 24 hours on many occasions. I had a Vizio Smart TV that connected wirelessly to my internet router, so during installation I chose to connect my PS4 to the soundbar and then connect the soundbar to the TV using a dedicated HMDI port. Everything was working great until I started an online video game. At this point, the TV decided to cycle from input to input and back again, throwing me from PS4 video to unconnected input and back again every 30 seconds. Needless to say, this is a pretty drastic effect that can happen accidentally. This didn't happen prior to setting up the new soundbar. Otherwise the product looks and sounds great and the refurbished unit is physically sound.
