Received my straps today and was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit, how durable and how strong they are. the right balance of stretch and strength. Heck, I don't even have to cut it! That's why I didn't give 5 stars. buckles. I read the product reviews before ordering but since most of them were "glowing" I decided to order a set and see if I liked them. The first time I tried wearing it around my waist to test the fit, I immediately ran into trouble. the "adjustment side" or "cut side" clasp, which must remain locked after assembly, opens straight up! There was no chance! So I've been playing around a bit and think I've found a solution that might work, but for a brand new product I don't need to make any changes. That being said, I've ordered a few others to try. I have an idea how to fix the buckle and it won't cost the company much. If the seller/manufacturer wants to get in touch, I'll be happy to let you know. If I can't find a belt I like, I leave it and let it work. I would suggest looking for a different product unless you are willing to make a few minor changes after receiving these belts or are considering purchasing a different one. Buckle.
