I really wanted this bag to be to my liking and it is a quality product for the price. Looks good and has everything I need. The rollers work well and can withstand heavy use. However, when I used the bag, I suspected that I would be bothered by the handle that is inside the back compartment, which I didn't realize until I bought it. Always leaving the compartment open for a pen was undesirable, but doable. You also lose space or gain uncomfortable space if the handle shanks protrude into the compartment. The real problem I'm having is with the forward rollover. If you don't have a balanced load in the back compartment to balance the laptop and front compartments, the bag will tilt and fall forward. I ended up barely using the back compartment so I ditched the bag and moved on to something that better suited my needs.
