NOT real PRIME. Delivery 13 days and struggle with RETURNS

Delivery took 13 days, went to install and does not work with my light bucket / body. You go back and the company asks why I'm coming back. IT'S TIME TO LEVEL UP AND TRY AMAZON PRIME! PRIME is said to be delivered in 2 days and there will be no problems with returns. Not anymore. Why doesn't AMAZON have a complaints department? PRIME used to be a great reliable service. CURRENTLY? 2 days shipping and QUESTIONS return policy are changing my mind on whether to renew my subscription or not!
