Fits my 7lb Chinese Crested very well. It slips down her eyes if I don't adjust it every once in a while, but other than that it fits pretty well and she likes wearing it. It keeps the bangs from falling in her eyes, so it actually allows her to see better—as long as the bangs don't fall in her eyes. Your head is tiny but can stretch, so I'm guessing it will fit a variety of head sizes and that the fit is probably more dependent on ear position. Very happy with this little hat and scarf!
