you get what you pay for. The two that come with the base are strong, but the three tired ones aren't. The screw on the bottom makes it very unstable. It needs a base or legs to make it strong. Judging by the photo, I didn't even use it. Other than that one issue, they did their job and made my dessert table look professional and beautiful.
