Terrible - believe the bad reviews

I'm so upset that I missed the return deadline. The watch came without a working battery and I wanted to send it back. The screws don't fit in my standard eyeglass repair kit so I have to go to a jeweler to get the watch working. I'm hoping it's the battery - not sure if it's just not working. I'm so excited.
