crosses are very beautiful and good product. I've used them to make christening invitations and ordered them ahead of time to make sure they worked. They actually did it but I needed 20 invites and I ordered 20 crosses but got shorted out and only got 18. I was disappointed that the sending person can't count to 20. I highly recommend the product, but count them when you receive them so you can call right away if you're shorted.
